The <br /> subject property contains a grocery store and gas station (both owned by SuperValu). <br /> The platting of the property fulfills a condition of a previous metes and bounds <br /> subdivision of the property from November 2009: <br /> 1. The developer shall enter into a development agreement, acceptable to the City <br /> Attorney, prior to the recording of this subdivision. The development agreement <br /> shall,in regards to this subdivision, address at least the following: <br /> a. A mechanism to ensure the ultimate platting of the property. <br /> b. A mechanism to ensure proper abandonment of the sewage treatment <br /> system and removal of the existing structures. <br /> c.
