The subject property is <br /> approximately 15 acres and is in the Shoreline Residential Zone (Mayo Lake). The <br /> property contains a single family dwelling and three accessory structures. The applicant <br /> is proposing to split a loo'x ioo' tract of land from the subject property and consolidate <br /> it with an adjacent property(6647 S Sluetter Road). <br /> Currently, in order for the adjacent property owner to easily access their property, they <br /> must cross the applicant's land.
