As we discussed,this memo is meant to outline our understanding of what is in place at your site and how we will all proceed in the future; Please review the information we are presenting and let us know if anything is incorrect or not consistent with your understanding. If everything meets with your approval,please initial one copy of the memo next to your name and return it to us. We will keep it on file for future reference. On your property you have a number of structures, all of which have legal construction permits. As has been your past practice,you will obtain a permit for any additional construction. The following uses are taking place on your property which, with this memo of understanding,the City acknowledges are"grandfathered"(legal, non-conforming)uses: 9 Home—rented • 28 X 60 Garage/Shed—used for storage, sometimes rented * Small 2-Car Garage—used for personal storage * 28 X 48 Garage—rented out as body shop ® 28 X 72 Building—has bathroom, office,personal storage of tools • Metal Building—personal storage * Mini Storage—20 units rented * 2"d Home-rented As a legal,non-conforming use,the use cannot be changed or expanded upon without specific approval by the City of Pequot Lakes. If one of these uses is discontinued for a period of 12 months, it may not be reestablished. To address ongoing erosion and screening concerns,you have agreed to the following:
