ORDINANCE NO. , SECOND SERIES <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17 OF THE CITY CODE <br /> REGARDING FENCE HEIGHT <br /> CITY OF PEQUOT LADES <br /> COUNTY OF CROW WING <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> The City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes does ordain as follows: <br /> Purpose and Intent: The purpose of this ordinance amendment is to amend Chapter 17 <br /> of the Pequot Lakes City Code relating to digital displays. <br /> Amendment: Chapter 17, Article 5 shall be amended as follows: <br /> Section 17-5.9 URBAN RESIDENTIAL (UR) <br /> 4. Performance Standards. <br /> C. Fences. Fenees not o ediag 60 ; ehe in height may be <br /> eens4 a ept. 4thi,,the 014W seth ek a Fences not <br /> exceeding 36 inches in height may be constructed within the OHW <br /> setback area so long as the fencing is transparent. Fences not <br /> exceeding 60 inches in height �x a T be constr�ctec in the side rd <br /> tl�e tiont� of a ro art . F`ences not exceedin 72 inches n1� <br /> be cc�nstrt�cted in rear yard of a ro arty. Under no circumstances <br /> shall a fence be constructed closer than 10 feet from the surface of <br /> a public road and in all cases not within the public right-of-way. <br /> Materials shall consist of usual fencing materials with posts and <br /> fence of metal, wood, concrete, brick or smooth wire.
