Dawn Bittner requested the Council to reassign funds that are in the Planning and Zoning Capital Outlay Carryover fund to purchase office furniture. She noted that the funds were to be used for the comp plan update but are no longer needed as the plan has already been updated. COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO REASSIGN $4,750 IN THE PLANNING AND ZONING CAPITAL OUTLAY CARRYOVER FROM THE COMP PLAN UPDATE TO OFFICE FURNITURE. COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. 6.4. Accept Planning Commission Resignation COUNCIL MEMBER GARDNER MOVED TO ACCEPT J.J. LEVENSKE'S RESIGNATION FROM THE PLANNING COMMISSION TO BECOME EFFECTIVE AFTER THE MAY, 2013 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING. COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. D. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will report on each of these each month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the Planning Commission. L ➢ Virgil Dahl —We have had new complaints regarding the exterior storage and animals; the violation process will begin again. Mr. Dahl has indicated he would like to make improvements with the structures/dwellings. Staff is working out an agreement that includes resolution of violation issues. (io/o6 to present) ➢ Peterson, Gary— Extensive grading. Mr. Peterson has been fined by the MPCA and the MPCA is monitoring restoration. (x/08) ➢ David and Renee Anderson — Lot Line Encroachment (6/10) ➢ Mike Pestello — Exterior storage at used car lot. (4/12) ➢ Doug Cooper—Grading in SIZ. (4/12) ➢ Wayne Vold—Travel Trailers.
