Zoning Administrator's Report <br /> A. March Permits: The following permits were issued over the last <br /> month by the Zoning Department: <br /> i. There were no Land Use Permits issued in March. <br /> *** Permit applications through March, 2013 are 1o, compared with 10 for <br /> 2012, 11 for 2011, 9 for 2010, 3 for 2009, 15 for 2oo8, 15 for 2007, 20 for <br /> 2oo6, 20 for 2005 and 22 for 2004! <br /> B. Correspondence: Your Staff sent the following correspondence <br /> since the last meeting: <br /> 1. March 19 email to Eve Beebe regarding possible cabin rental; <br /> 2. March 21 Letter of Resignation from J. J. Levenske; <br /> 3. March 27 letter to DK Holdings, LLC regarding signage on Main Street <br /> and South Washington Avenue; <br /> 4. April 3 letter to Eve Beebe regarding fish houses along shoreline. <br /> C. Council Meeting Notes: <br /> ➢ The City Council Meeting was held April 2 and an <br /> excerpt of the draft Minutes are included: <br /> 6.1 Planning Commission Report <br /> Report received by Council. <br /> 6.2. Wellhead Protection Plan Review <br /> Dawn Bittner gave a review of why the City must have a wellhead <br /> protection plan. She noted that the City first adopted the plan in 2003 and <br /> it must be amended every ten years. She explained what the City does to <br /> monitor the areas around the drinking water management area. Council <br /> Member Sjoblad noted that Dawn's work on the Wellhead Protection Plan <br /> has been noted by the State. <br /> 6.3.
