Temporarv Expansion of Liauor License — American Lepion <br />The City Clerk informed the Council that she has received a request from <br />the American Legion for three Expansion of Premises Licenses for the <br />following dates and events: <br />1. June 9, 2012 — BBQ Rib Cook Off <br />2. July 4, 2012 — Independence Day Celebration <br />3. July 11, 2012 — Bean Hole Day <br />She noted that the Legion will be cordoning off a patio section for these <br />events on the west side of the building. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO APPROVE THREE <br />TEMPORARY EXPANSION OF LIQUOR LICENSES FOR THE <br />AMERICAN LEGION FOR THE FOLLOWING DATES: JUNE 9, JULY 4, <br />AND JULY 11, 2012. COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD SECONDED THE <br />MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br />� <br />
