He noted that if we <br />implement this as requested, it would cost businesses more money to <br />hook up. <br />Tim Houle discussed a proposal to prepare a draft WAC and SAC <br />Ordinance and reviewed what would be included in the proposal. <br />MOTION CARRIED 3-2. Planninq and Zoninq <br />Report received by Council. <br />6.1 Ordinance Amendment Reqardinq Heiqht of Fences <br />`-- Staff report presented by Chuck Marohn. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO ADOPT ORDINANCE 12-05 <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 17 OF THE CITY CODE REGARDING FENCE <br />HEIGHT. COUNCIL MEMBER MALECHA SECONDED THE MOTION. <br />Discussion was held regarding the allowed fence height. <br />MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br />7.
