He noted that at that time the Council <br /> took no action. Mr. Houle questioned whether the Council would want to <br /> enter into a proposal for services to prepare a facility study. He noted that <br /> the cost would be $33,600 which is the same price that was presented to <br /> the Council in 2004. <br /> MAYOR ADAMS MOVED TO ACCEPT A PROPOSAL FROM WSN TO <br /> COMPLETE A FACILITY STUDY AT $33,600. COUNCIL MEMBER <br /> GARDNER SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 9.4. Turnback Process <br /> Tim Houle explained that he is working with staff on the road turnbacks <br /> related to the Highway 371 expansion. He indicated that a committee has <br /> met and identified the roads that may be turned back to the City. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO AUTHORIZE STAFF TO <br /> CONTINUE WORKING WITH WSN TO IDENTIFY THE ROADWAY <br /> TURNBACKS AND ISSUES RELATING TO THE TURNBACKS AND TO <br /> ASSIST WITH THE NEGOTIATING PROCESS ON THE TURNBACKS. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER PEDERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 5-0. <br /> D. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City <br /> Staff is currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement <br /> actions. We will report on each of these each month until they are resolved to the <br /> satisfaction of the Planning Commission. <br /> ➢ Virgil Dahl —We have had new complaints regarding the exterior storage <br /> and animals. Chief Klang spoke with Mr. Dahl and will have exterior <br /> storage, refuse and debris removed by July 1, 2013. (io/o6 to present) <br /> ➢ Peterson, Gary— Extensive grading. Mr. Peterson has been fined by the <br /> MPCA and the MPCA is monitoring restoration. (7/o8) <br /> ➢ David and Renee Anderson — Lot Line Encroachment(6/io) <br /> ➢ Doug Cooper— Grading in SIZ. Staff will visit property July 18 to verify <br /> plantings are growing and alive. (4/12) <br /> ➢ Wayne Vold—Travel Trailers.
