Zoning Administrator's Report A. June Permits: The following permits were issued over the last month by the Zoning Department: 1. Anna Swanstrom, 3821 West Lake Street,for an attached garage; 2. Edward Friermuth, 28471 Mayo Hills Road, for an addition; 3. Taffie Goerges, 5363 County Road 11, for an accessory structure; 4. Jeff Devries, 28477 Mayo Hills Road, for grading; 5. Rolf Mahlberg, 28395 Mayo Hills Road, for a deck; 6. Roger Forcelle, 31261 Eastwood Drive,for a porch; 7. Jon &Wini Bauman, 31042 Bell Avenue,for a deck. * Permit applications through June, 2013 are 35, compared with 28 for 2012, 29 for 2011, 40 for 2010, 29 for 2009, 53 for 2008, 58 for 2007, 62 for 2006, 89 for 2005 and 72 for 2004! B. Correspondence: Your Staff sent the following correspondence since the last meeting: 1. June 14 letter from Ann Hutchings regarding signage; 2. June 14 letter to Deb Tulenchik regarding public notification and fences; 3. June 20 letter to Cody Peterson regarding fence installation; 4. June 21 letter to Chris Greet regarding relocation of Paul Bunyan Ice; 5. June 21 email to Eve Beebe regarding Administrative Fine enforcement action; 6. June 27 letter to Douglas and Linda Cooper regarding shoreline restoration; 7. July 1 letter to Eve Beebe regarding resolution of potential City Code violation; 8. July 2 letter to Patricia Dittes regarding approval of metes and bounds subdivision request. C. Council Meeting Notes: ➢ The City Council Meeting was held July 2 and an excerpt of the draft Minutes are included: 9.3. Facility Study Tim Houle discussed the timing and need for a facility study.
