In attendance were Sandy Peine, <br />Dawn Bittner, Mike Loven, Jim Oraskovich, Justin Burslie <br />(Community Growth), and Tim Houle (WSN). Wes Wilson <br />was not present as he is the alternate for Jim Oraskovich. <br />Just as reminders: a) This was only the 2nd meeting of this <br />committee, b) This was the first meeting with P&Z <br />representation, and c) This Hwy 371 project process has <br />extended over several years, people have come and gone, <br />and "details" have changed over time. <br />At present, the City is responsible for about 35 miles of <br />roadway. With the present Hwy 371 and other roadways, <br />the City could gain about 6 miles of roads through turn <br />backs (from MnDOT to the County to the City, and from <br />
