D. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City <br /> Staff is currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement <br /> actions. We will report on each of these each month until they are resolved to the <br /> satisfaction of the Planning Commission. <br /> ➢ Virgil Dahl—We have had new complaints regarding the exterior storage <br /> and animals. Chief Klang spoke with Mr. Dahl and will have exterior <br /> storage, refuse and debris removed by July 1, 2013. (10/06 to present) <br /> ➢ Peterson, Gary— Extensive grading. Mr. Peterson has been fined by the <br /> MPCA and the MPCA is monitoring restoration. (7/08) <br /> ➢ David and Renee Anderson— Lot Line Encroachment. Mr.Anderson is <br /> having his lot surveyed to verify location of his lot line. (6/10) <br /> ➢ John and Barbara Derksen— Exterior storage. (5/13) <br /> ➢ Cathi McBryde — Exterior storage. Some of the items have been removed. <br /> Staff will monitor her progress. (5/13) <br /> ➢ Carter McAnnich— Exterior storage and abandoned vehicles. Some of the <br /> items have been removed. Staff will monitor his progress. (5/13) <br /> ➢ Baystar Investment Corp— Lawn. The lawn has been mowed; Staff will <br /> monitor for remainder of season. (6/10) <br /> ➢ Kenneth and Diane Lund— Need to install new SSTS this construction <br /> season. (11/12) <br /> ➢ Elaine Pestello—Yard maintenance. (7/13) <br /> ➢ Kristin Larsen — Lawn.
