This last month, WSN has been working with MnDOT on service roads on <br /> the east side of the proposed Hwy 371 south of CSAH 11 and north of <br /> Derksen Road. Discussion was held regarding a frontage road versus a <br /> backage road. Tim Houle suggested a committee of two Council Members <br /> and Mike Loven to meet with MnDOT on this issue. <br /> D. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City <br /> Staff is currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement <br /> actions. We will report on each of these each month until they are resolved to the <br /> satisfaction of the Planning Commission. <br /> ➢ Virgil Dahl —The City Attorney is drafting the necessary documents to file <br /> with the Court. (io/o6 to present) <br /> ➢ Peterson, Gary— Extensive grading. Staff advised Mr. Peterson to file the <br /> Notice of Termination with the MPCA. (7/08) <br /> ➢ John and Barbara Derksen — Exterior storage. If not compliant by July 25 I <br /> plan to forward to City Attorney. (5/13) <br /> ➢ Cathi McBryde — Exterior storage. Some of the items have been removed. <br /> Staff will monitor her progress. (5/13) <br /> ➢ Carter McAnnich — Exterior storage and abandoned vehicles. Some of the <br /> `. items have been removed. Staff will monitor his progress. (5/13) <br /> ➢ Gorton Properties LLC — Exterior Storage. Property owner is making <br /> progress removing the items stored outside. (8/13) <br /> ➢ James Byrne —Accessory Structure exceeds maximum building height. <br /> (8/13) <br /> ➢ Gerald Williams — Exterior Storage. We consider this matter resolved. <br /> (6/14) <br /> ➢ Doug Steele — Exterior Storage and Abandoned Vehicles. Chief Klang spoke <br /> with tenant and all vehicles have current registration and there is no exterior <br /> storage. Staff will monitor.
