1. Provide that emergency motorized vehicles dispatched by police or fire departments or <br /> medical aid providers be allowed to utilize the walking path; <br /> 2. Provide that resort maintenance personnel be allowed to utilize the walking path with <br /> motorized equipment and vehicles for maintenance purposes including but not limited to installation, <br /> repair and removal of docking systems, non-motorized watercraft, beach chairs, etc. and motorized <br /> equipment for maintenance and repair of the pathway and surrounding vegetation, including <br /> permitted trimming and removal of deadfall and invasive plant species. <br /> 3. Provide that resort guests may use electric golf carts to access the beach and boat dock <br /> area. <br />
