The property is .5 acres and is zoned "Downtown Mixed Use." The proposed <br /> auto repair business would be operated within the existing structure. The roll-off <br /> dumpers would be stored east of the existing structure. There would be approximately <br /> 15 dumpsters stored on site. Staff has informed the property owner the proposed <br /> industrial use of the property does not conform with the purpose and intent of the <br /> Downtown Mixed Use Zone. <br /> The purpose and intent of the DMU is for a mix of high-density residential and <br /> commercial uses.
