The lodge exterior will consist of half log siding with stone trim and decorative log corners to
create an appearance similar to the Clubhouse. Each unit in the lodge will have a private patio or
deck with privacy walls, which will create an attractive fagade on the building's west side facing
Middle Cullen Lake. Two elevators will provide access to the three levels of lodge units. Parking for
the lodge will include three handicapped stalls together with a delivery area on the east side of the
building, and a 40 stall parking lot located northwest of the building. The primary roadway providing
access to the lodge and the adjacent parking lot will be a continuation of the roadway currently
providing access to the cabins on the westerly side of the point, with the roadway realigned behind
Units 41-44 to provide access to the lodge's reception area and the parking lot to the north. The same
roadway will continue on to provide access to Lots 24-41. The parking lot to the north of the lodge
will also have an entry/exit point on its north side. Overflow parking for the villas will be provided
by a new 24 stall parking lot located in the area where eight twinhome lots have been removed(to the
north of the lodge parking lot). Removal of these units has created a large green space area in
addition to the parking area, which will include detention/holding pond areas, as will the large green
space area in front of the new lodge. All detention-holding pond areas will be shown on a storm
water management plan which will accompany submittals prior to approval of the proposed amended
plat.
7
