SUPPLEMENTAL SUBMITTAL <br /> 1. Docking Systems. No changes are proposed to the docking systems. The current <br /> CUP provides for three docking systems with a total of 40 slips, 20 of which may have canopied boat <br /> lifts. The location of the docking systems is shown on the site plan approved earlier as a part of the <br /> Conditional Use Permit. The locations of the docking systems were approved by the DNR and <br /> ratified by the City as part of the initial CUP permit process. The number of dock slips was based on <br /> the fact that the property had 44 boat slips prior to its purchase by the Applicant. The number of <br /> dock slips was not based on the number of first tier units; the property has never been platted with 40 <br /> first tier units. <br /> The three approved systems that remain unchanged are as follows: <br /> (a) System One on the westerly shoreline of the point, when completed, will contain a <br /> total of 10 slips and will extend 60 feet into the water from the shoreline and will be <br /> 125 feet wide. <br /> (b) System Two, located on the easterly side of the point below the bluff area, will contain <br /> a total of 12 slips when completed and will extend approximately 140 feet into the <br /> water from the shoreline and will be 150 feet in width with the proposed second beach <br /> located inside of the docking system as shown on the site plan drawing submitted with <br /> this supplement to the Application. <br /> (c) System Three, also on the easterly side of the property located closest to the existing <br /> villas will contain a total of 18 slips when completed and will extend approximately <br /> 125 feet into the water from the shoreline and will be 220 feet in width. <br /> 2. Relocation of Boat Ramp. The Applicant is proposing to relocate the boat <br /> ramp/launch and accompanying day dock from the south side of the beach to the north side to <br /> eliminate the need for patrons and staff to traverse the area across the beach to launch, thereby <br /> reducing traffic and safety concerns. Relocation of the boat ramp will require the removal of <br /> approximately 30 feet of shoreline vegetation in the shoreline impact zone, together with the removal <br />
