The subject property is located at <br /> 6316 Wilderness Road and is zoned "Shoreline Commercial' and "Open Space." The <br /> subject property is adjacent to Middle Cullen Lake which is classified by the DNR as a <br /> "General Development"lake. <br /> With the proposed improvements the overall density of the resort will be decreased. <br /> Six twinhome building sites will be removed, two triplex sites will be removed and one <br /> triplex site will be reduced to a duplex site. The applicant also intends to convert four <br /> detached villa lots for six twinhome lots. <br /> Note: The applicant will be submitting plat applications at a later date. The review of <br /> those applications will include a more comprehensive review of the proposal <br /> `..
