Council Meeting Notes: <br /> y The City Council Meeting was held April i and an excerpt of the <br /> draft Minutes are included: <br /> 4. Open Forum <br /> Jake Soukup — 31093 North Washington stated that it was not fair that he <br /> did not receive a notice regarding the North Washington improvements. <br /> Peter and Carolyn Herzog — 31093 North Washington stated that lack of <br /> parking is a big issue. The Herzogs stated they would not want the trees on <br /> the west side removed and that they are not in favor of the sidewalk as it is <br /> the responsibility of the property owners to clean the sidewalks. <br /> Jon Danielowski, stated he is speaking on behalf of his father-in-law, David <br /> Hallbeck - 31039 North Washington. He explained that he was not aware of <br /> the sidewalks being added and that his father-in-law does not want to <br /> maintain the sidewalks. <br /> 6.1.
