Future Development at “New” Highway 371/CSAH 11 Intersection <br /> <br /> Dawn Bittner discussed with the Council the September 17, 2015 <br />memorandum from the Planning Commission regarding future development <br />at the new intersection of State Highway 371 and CSAH 11. She noted that <br />the Planning Commission recommends the northeast and southeast <br />quadrants are not ideal for development and the northwest and southwest <br />quadrants are plausible for development. <br />
