If the motion is for approval or denial, <br />Findings of Fact should be cited. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: We recommend that the Planning Commission <br />approve the Conditional Use Permit based on the 23 Findings of Fact and subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. Hours of operation shall be limited to hours between 7 AM and 10 PM as <br />outlined in the Ordinance. <br />2. Onsite parking shall be on the existing driveway or west lawn area. <br />3.
