� <br />� <br />� <br />Project SAP 018-611-024 Cost Share Agreement — Crow Wing County/City of Pequot Lakes <br />way/roads. The estimated cost to the City for guard-rail construction is $0. <br />5. The City shall pay for one hundred percent (100%) of sidewalk <br />improvements and additions, including items necessary to comply with the Americans with <br />Disabilities Act. The estimated cost to the City for sidewalk related items is $9,080. <br />6. The items common to the project as a whole (Mobilization, Traffic <br />Control, etc.) shall be pro-rated to the City and County based upon each agency's construction <br />costs. These common items are estimated to be a total of $30,000. Based upon current estimates, <br />the City will be responsible for $375 and the County shall be responsible for $28,800. The <br />remainder is the responsibility of the City of Breezy Point, covered under a separate agreement. <br />C. Based upon sections IILB. (1-6) and Attachment A, the total estimated cost to the <br />City for construction of the Project is $17,634. Adding an 8% charge for construction inspection <br />brings this total estimated cost for the City to $19,045. <br />D. After the award of the construction contract for the Project, the County shall update <br />the City as to the current City construction costs. Actual final construction costs will be the basis <br />for fnal billing. <br />E. The costs to acquire property required for City street construction shall be the <br />responsibility of the City. The estimated cost of property acquisition for the City is $0. <br />IV. TERM <br />This Agreement shall continue until terminated as provided hereinafter. <br />V. DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS <br />All funds disbursed by the County or City pursuant to this Agreement shall be <br />disbursed pursuant to law. <br />VI. CONTRACTS AND PURCHASES <br />All contracts let and purchases made pursuant to this Agreement shall be made by <br />the County in conformity with State law. <br />party. <br />VII. ACCOUNTABILITY <br />An accounting shall be made of all receipts and disbursements upon request by either <br />VIII.
