Project SAP 018-611-024 Cost Share Agreement — Crow Wing County/City of Pequot Lakes <br />construction share costs. The County shall do the calling for all bids and the acceptance of all bid <br />�, proposals. <br />B. Property Acquisition <br />The County shall acquire all property required for the County portion of the Project. <br />No permanent acquisitions are anticipated. <br />C. Inspection and Approval <br />The County shall provide construction inspection and staking for the project and <br />approval for acceptance of the work as it is completed. The City or their designated representative <br />shall also be available to inspect any items the City is cost sharing in. The City shall notify the <br />County of any concerns that arise during construction of the project. Approval of the completed <br />construction by the County shall be final, binding and conclusive upon the City as to the satisfactory <br />completion of the construction. <br />III. COSTS <br />A. The contract costs of the work, or if the work is not contracted, the cost of all labor, <br />materials, normal engineering costs and equipment rental required to complete the work, shall <br />constitute the estimated construction costs and shall be so referred to herein. Actual construction <br />costs may vary and those will be the actual costs for which the relevant parties will be responsible. <br />� B. The estimated construction cost of the Project is $1,100,000. Participation in the <br />construction costs is as follows: <br />1. The City shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the City owned utility <br />adjustments. These items are considered non-eligible. Non-eligible portions are those portions that <br />are not eligible for State Aid funding as determined by MnDOT. The estimated cost to the City for <br />these items is $2,675. <br />2. The City shall pay for one hundred percent (100%) of the non-eligible <br />portion of the storm sewer construction. Storm sewer includes all drainage items including pipes, <br />catch basins, manholes, detention ponds, outlet structures and erosion control measures required to <br />rehabilitate the permanent urban drainage system for CSAH 11. The non-eligible port�on of the <br />storm sewer construction is that portion that is not eligible for State Aid funding as determined by <br />MnDOT. The total estimated cost of the storm sewer construction is $29,202. The portion not <br />eligible for State Aid Funding includes items requested by the City for improvements to <br />Government Drive, a City street. The estimated cost to the City for storm sewer construction is <br />$1,850. <br />3. The City shall pay fifty percent (50%) of the new curb and gutter on the <br />County roadway and 100% of new curb and gutter on City streets and curb and gutter removals on <br />City streets. The estimated cost to the City for curb and gutter construction is $3,654. <br />4. The City shall pay for one hundred percent (100%) of any guard-rail <br />� construction for facilities placed solely on City controlled right-of-way/roads.
