MAYOR ADAMS WITHDREW THE <br />AMENDMENT. <br />THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br />Council Member Sjoblad suggested that he and Mike meet with the <br />engineer to re-evaluate the needs of the City. Council Member Ryan <br />suggested that the areas without sidewalks are a higher priority than those <br />where sidewalks exist. The Council requested Mike Loven to prepare a <br />recommendation for the Council to review in May. <br />11. Clerk's Report <br />Report accepted by Council. <br />11.1. Consider Aareement for Other Post-Emplovment Benefit Actuarial <br />The Clerk requested Council approval to hire Hilde to complete the City's <br />Other Post-Employment Benefit Actuarial. She explained that this actuarial <br />`-- is used to determine the City's liability regarding post employment <br />benefits. The actuarial is required every 3 years at a cost of $1,200 <br />— $1,400. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY TO <br />HIRE HILDI INC. TO COMPLETE A POST-EMPLOYMENT BENEFIT <br />ACTUARIAL. COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE <br />MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br />12. Other Business <br />Council Member Ryan questioned when the video recordings of the <br />Council meetings would be available on the City Web site. The Clerk <br />indicated she is working on it and hopefully within a couple of months they <br />should be available. <br />13. Adiournment <br />There being no further business COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED <br />TO ADJOURN. COUNCIL MEMBER MALECHA SECONDED THE <br />MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br />�,,.
