AUDITED REPORT FOR DECEMBER 31, 2010 <br />3. 2-YEAR ESTIMATE OF THE EXPECTED INCREASE IN THE <br />ACCRUED LIABILITY AND THE ANNUAL ACCRUED LIABILITY <br />ATTRIBUTABLE TO THE CHANGE AND THAT THE ADEQUACY <br />OF THE PROJECTIONS IS REVIEWED BY THE CLERK AND <br />FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE AMENDMENT. <br />Patrick Selter stated that there will be no required municipal contribution <br />with the proposed increase in benefit level. <br />AMENDMENT CARRIED 4-1. COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD <br />OPPOSED. <br />THE MOTION AS AMENDED CARRIED 5-0. <br />7.2. Adopt Fire Relief Bv-Laws <br />COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO APPROVE THE BY-LAWS <br />BASED ON THE SAME CONTINGENCIES AS THE PREVIOUS <br />� MOTION. COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: AKERSON — AYE; MALECHA — NAY; RYAN — <br />AYE; SJOBLAD — NAY; ADAMS — NAY. MOTION FAILED 2-3. <br />MAYOR ADAMS MOVED TO ACCEPT THE BYLAWS AS PROPOSED. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD SECONDED THE MOTION. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: AKERSON — NAY; MALECHA — AYE; RYAN — <br />NAY; SJOBLAD — AYE; ADAMS — AYE. MOTION CARRIED 3-2. <br />8. Police Department Monthlv Report <br />Report received by Council. <br />Council Member Akerson questioned the timing of the Police Sergeant <br />position. Chief Klang noted that he is working on this issue and will <br />present it to the Council at the May Council meeting. <br />9. Public Works <br />Report received by Council. <br />� <br />
