City Council Minutes <br />May 7, 2013 <br />Page 5 of 5 <br />----------------------------- <br />Tim Houle stated that he will draft a design of diagonal parking, curb and <br />gutter for south half of the block, curbed bump-outs mid block, pavement <br />for travel lanes with pavement suitable for parallel parking but no curb and <br />gutter on the north half of the block. The Council concurred. <br />Planning Commissioner Jim Oraskovich stated that he would inform the <br />Planning Commission that the Council feels that parking is an issue. <br />Tim Houle stated that WSN is open to offer assistance with design layouts <br />of roads, turn backs relating to the Highway 371 project, and meetings <br />with MPCA relating to the sewer. <br />Tim Houle noted that WSN has helped cities with the Safe Routes to <br />School grants. He noted that if the City is interested in working with the <br />school on a grant, WSN would be able to assist. <br />10.1. Special Citv Council Meetinq <br />COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO CALL A SPECIAL CITY <br />COUNCIL MEETING FOR AUGUST 20, 2013, AT 6:30 P.M. TO <br />DISCUSS THE 2014 BUDGETS. COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON <br />SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br />11. Other Business <br />There was no other business. <br />12. Adiournment <br />There being no further business, COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED <br />TO ADJOURN. COUNCIL MEMBER GARDNER SECONDED THE <br />MOTION.
