Work Place Safety and Health: <br /> SP-3 Form—Dawn Bittner was directed to send an email to all employees notifying them <br /> of location of safety manuals and the SP-3 Form. <br /> Employee Attendance—The Department Heads will be notified of those employees who <br /> need to take the mandatory sessions online. <br /> 6. Accident Review: <br /> There were two accidents since the last Safety Committee Meeting,both in the Police <br /> Department. <br /> The Tahoe was totaled in the July 12 storm. The Safety Committee determined this was <br /> not preventable. <br /> A Charger was damaged when the light bar hit a garage door. The Safety Committee <br /> determined this was preventable. Sgt. Turcotte will send the Officer a letter. <br /> 7. Work Place Injury Review: <br /> There have been no work place injuries. <br /> 8. Other Business: <br /> There was no additional business to discuss. <br /> 9. Next Meeting Date: <br /> The next meeting will be during the First Quarter of 2016. <br /> 8.
