Planning Commission Report <br /> The September 30, 2015 Planning Commission Report and the <br /> September 17, 2015 Planning Commission Regular Meeting minutes were <br /> received by Council. <br /> 6.2. Future Development at"New" Highway 371/CSAH 11 Intersection <br /> Dawn Bittner discussed with the Council the September 17, 2015 <br /> memorandum from the Planning Commission regarding future <br /> development at the new intersection of State Highway 371 and CSAH 11. <br /> She noted that the Planning Commission recommends that the northeast <br /> and southeast quadrants are not ideal for development and the northwest <br /> and southwest quadrants are plausible for development. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA MOVED TO ACKNOWLEDGE <br /> RECEIPT OF THE SEPTEMBER 17, 2015 MEMORANDUM FROM THE <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION REGARDING FUTURE DEVELOPMENT AT <br /> THE NEW INTERSECTION ON STATE HIGHWAY 371 AND CSAH 11. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER PEDERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 4-1. COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON OPPOSED. <br /> 7. Fire <br />
