project, although it could possibly fit in as a late (after
Labor Day) 2013 construction project.
CSAH 11 Gateway from existin stopliht to future 4-lane
Hwy 371 intersection
We understand P&Z is talking about this segment and the
desired layout (design even) and amenities.
We are available to assist with engineering items as
directed.
Other Future 4-lane Hwy 371 related items
We have heard that the County will be / are talking to
MnDOT about its turnbacks, and the County wants to
engage the City on its possible turnbacks — for example, the
present Hwy 371.
We have worked with cities and counties on turnbacks, so
we will work with the City to whatever level you want us to
be involved.
Related, we have met with the MPCA and the City on
impacts to the spray irrigation field by the 4-lane Hwy 371,
and how the City might want to proceed with any
modifications or improvements to their wastewater
system's components. We have provided Mike info on
rapid infiltration basins — this being one possible
alternative. Again, we will work with the City to whatever
level you want us to be involved.
Council Action Requested: No action requested.
