MOTION <br /> CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 4. Open Forum <br /> No one appeared for open forum. <br /> 5. Presentations <br /> 5.1. Police Reserve Awards <br /> Acting Chief Petersen explained that Reserve Officer awards have been <br /> given to the following Reserve Officers: Tim Leagjeld, Carl Borleis, Amber <br /> Jarosh, Derrek Matson, J.D. Berns, Mike Marotta, Randy Ryan, Silas <br /> Lydeen, and Andrew Browne. She noted that the MN Police Reserve <br /> Officer Association recognizes individual reserve officers and reserve units <br /> for their volunteer hours. Acting Chief Petersen stated that the Reserve <br /> Officers have put in over 2,140 hours of service to our community. Andrew <br /> Browne was present and accepted the award from the Acting Chief. The <br /> Mayor thanked Andrew for his service to the City. <br /> 5.2. 2010 Audit Presentation <br /> The 2010 financial statement was presented by Auditor Doug Host of <br /> LarsonAllen. Mr. Host noted that this City is in good financial condition and <br /> that continuing efforts are being made to improve the operations and <br /> financial condition of the City. <br /> Mayor Adams requested a signature, other than LarsonAllen, on the <br /> letters in the audit. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER MALECHA MOVED TO ACCEPT THE 2010 AUDIT. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD SECONDED THE MOTION.
