FIRE PROTECTION AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF NISSWA <br />3.7. UPDATE ON MAIN LIFT STATION REPAIRS <br />COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br />CARRIED 3-0. <br />3.2. Pavment of Bilis <br />Council Member Akerson indicated that there were a lot of charges from <br />Cascade Computers. He noted that it is difficult to understand the charges <br />when they are allocated between many different departments. He <br />requested staff to research a better way to understand bills that have <br />charges to multiple departments. The Clerk noted that the staff will be <br />recommending that all IT charges be charged to a separate IT budget in <br />2013. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO APPROVE PAYMENT OF <br />BILLS IN THE AMOUNT OF $118,206.81. COUNCIL MEMBER <br />MALECHA SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 3-0. <br />4. Open Forum <br />No one appeared for open forum. <br />5. Presentations <br />There were no presentations. <br />6. Tax Forfeit Proqertv <br />Report by Chuck Marohn. Chuck Marohn stated that the Planning <br />Commission has reviewed a request by Crow Wing County to classify a <br />parcel of tax-forfeited property to non-conservation so that it may be sold <br />at auction. The Planning Commission is recommending that the parcel be <br />listed as non-conservation as the property does not meet the minimum <br />size requirements for the Forest Management Zone. The Planning <br />Commission is also recommending that the property be sold directly to an <br />adjoining property owner. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER MALECHA MOVED TO CLASSIFY THE <br />PROPERTY AS NON-CONSERVATION AND RECOMMENDS THAT <br />THE PROPERTY BE SOLD DIRECTLY TO AN ADJACENT PROPERTY <br />
