�. <br />City of <br />Pequot <br />Lakes <br />Monthly Activity Report For <br />Office Assistant <br />February 2012 <br />07-18-11 work schedule changed to temporary full time 30 hrs/wk Clerks Office plus 10 hrs/wk Police <br />Dept. <br />CLERKS OFFICE <br />- Typed snowplowing policy and 3 route procedures for Maintenance. <br />- Typed 2 Transient licenses for City Clerk. <br />- Created graphs for Police Department annual report. <br />- Compiled monthly activity report to submit to City Clerk. <br />- Process dog license request <br />- Process reservations for the Cole building and City parks. <br />UTILITY BILLING <br />- Installed and learned the use of our new AR5502 Radio Read Hand Held device <br />used to read water meters. Instructed water plant personnel how to use it. <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />`• - I have been assigned as S3 Administrator. S3 is the Statewide Supervision <br />System. I will be responsible for adding and setting up new users for our agency. <br />This system is used to see if someone is on probation, why and what their <br />conditions are. Also, used to do background checks when applying for a permit to <br />purchase a hand gun. <br />- Worked with Kate 2 hours on learning new procedures for processing Predator <br />Offender change requests & Order For Protection's. <br />- Worked with Kate going through department forms. Identifying obsolete forms, <br />identifying which forms need to be put in LETG and some that just need <br />updating. <br />- Review ICR' S daily to make sure they are complete. <br />- Working with sheriff department staff on creating and attaching our department <br />forms to LETG. <br />- Processed daily citations and reports and submit to proper agencies. <br />- Figured out how to copy audio statements from ICR in LETG to a DVD. Prepared <br />procedures and submitted to each Officer. <br />SAFETY <br />- Worked with Mike Loven in creating and typing an Emergency Response Plan for <br />City facilities. <br />- Scheduled OSHA mandated AWAIR Training for employees who missed the 1 S` <br />session. <br />`,., - Scheduled Hearing Testing for Lakes Group Safety Participants. <br />C/activity report <br />
