T�e Planning Commission is recommending that the parcel be <br />listed as non-conservation as the property does not meet the minimum <br />size requirements for the Forest Management Zone. The Planning <br />Commission is also recommending that the property be sold directly to an <br />adjoining property owner. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER MALECHA MOVED TO CLASSIFY THE <br />PROPERTY AS NON-CONSERVATION AND RECOMMENDS THAT <br />`- THE PROPERTY BE SOLD DIRECTLY TO AN ADJACENT PROPERTY <br />
