City Council Minutes <br /> June 16, 2015 <br /> Page 4 of 4 <br /> • The pedestrian trail bridge could be plainer than the bridge over the <br /> interchange. <br /> • It is important to tie together the two bridges and the City entrance signs. <br /> • Prefers the structure of Concept 1 with the addition of the railing emblem <br /> on Concept 2. <br /> • Does not like the Paul Bunyan railing emblem. <br /> • Prefer that the bridges be plain and more money spent on City entrance <br /> signs. <br /> • Reduce the number of lights on the 371/C.R. 11 bridge to one light. <br /> • Likes the look of the bobber but it should be lit. <br /> • The two bridges should be the same design. <br /> Jim Hallgren stated that he needs a decision by July 1St. Mayor Sjoblad <br /> stated that the City will try to have a decision by the July 7th Council <br /> meeting. Dawn Bittner stated she would call the bridge committee together <br /> to review. The bridge committee's recommendation will go to the Council <br /> on July 7th. <br /> 5. Adjournment <br /> There being no further business, COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA <br /> MOVED TO ADJOURN. COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED <br /> THE MOTION.
