Added new form in document <br />feeder in copier. Printed supply of app's for use at front counter. <br />- Compiled monthly activity report to submit to City Clerk. <br />- Processed ( _9_ ) dog licenses <br />- Processed (_2_ ) Cole building and park reservations. <br />`" UTILITY BILLING <br />- Changed water/sewer rates to reflect 2012 increase. <br />- Created utility reports and data for our annual audit. <br />- Researched quarterly billing adjustment for Council to review. <br />- Created 14 work orders for re-reads. <br />- Processed 3 work orders for Gutz residence due to broken water line. <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />- Learned to create MISC ICR's <br />- Learned to create ICR's for house watch requests. <br />- Reviewing all ICR's daily to make sure they are complete. <br />- Administrator of the Patrol On-Line training. Setup user name and passwords. <br />Monthly — notify officers of courses available, track required post credits. <br />- Created procedure for OFP Notifications. Created ICR, submitted to Officer. <br />- Worked with sheriff department staff on creating and attaching our department <br />forms to LETG for officers to use. <br />- Scheduled training through Cuyuna Medical Center for lst Responder Refresher <br />course for our Officers and Fire Fighters. <br />- Designing photo ID badges. <br />- Worked with Dawn on creating graphs for the annual report. <br />- Track Officers training credits and maintained records. <br />- As the assigned TAC person for our agency I am researching training and <br />`- responsibility of a TAC person. <br />C/activity report <br />
