4. The type, capacities, location and layout of a private wastewater disposal <br />system shall comply with all requirements of Chapter 7080 of the Minnesota <br />Pollution Control Agency Individual Sewage Treatment Systems Programs. No <br />septic tank or cesspool shall be permitted to discharge to any natural outlet. <br />5. At such time as a public sewer becomes available to a property serviced <br />by a private wastewater disposal system, a direct connection shall be made to the <br />public sewer within sixty (60) days in compliance with the Chapter, and with' <br />ninety (90) days any septic tanks, cesspools, and similar private wastewa <br />disposal systems shall be cleaned of sludge. The owner(s) shall operate and maintain the private <br />facilities in a sanitary manner at all times at no expense to the <br />7. The industry, as a condition of permit authorization, must <br />provide information describing its wastewater constituents, characteristics, and <br />type of activity. <br />5.
