6. The City may also petition the District Court for a Court Order requiring the owner to connect to the public sanitary sewer system and ordering the owner to connect within a reasonable amount of time to be established by the Court, or for an Order authorizing the City to make the connection. In the event the City petitions the Court for an Order directing the connection, either by the owner or the City, the owner shall be liable for all costs of enforcement including court costs and reasonable attorney's fees related to said action. 7. Violation of any provision of this Ordinance, including an owner's to connect to the public sanitary sewer system, shall constitute a misdi offense, and shall be punishable upon the conviction thereof in accor the laws of the State of Minnesota thereunto appertaining. The cost of installation, maintenance, repair, ment or abandonment is a part of that responsibility. �� Section 15 -1.6. PRIVATE'%AS WWDISPOSAL 11 1. A permit for a private wastewater disposal system shall not become effective until the installation is completed to the satisfaction of the City or its authorized representative. The City or its representative shall be allowed to inspect the work at any stage of construction, and, in any event, the applicant for the permit shall notify the City when work is ready for final inspection, and before any underground portions are covered. The inspection shall be made within 24 hours of the receipt of notice.
