Roadway Turn Back Memorandum of Agreement <br /> Crow Wing County and Pequot Lakes <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> The County and City have come to a tentative agreement on the momentary obligation of both parties <br /> regarding the proposed roadway turn backs and interchange. This agreement will not be considered <br /> final until each elected body has acted on the formal turn back document to be drafted on a later date. <br /> The City tentatively agrees to accept future jurisdiction of portions of TH 371, CSAH 11 and CR 112 <br /> in exchange for monetary consideration summarized Table 1.
