Regarding holiday decorations
there was a proposed match for $2500 by community action, however, no
donations have been made at this time.
Bands in the park are almost completely booked for this coming summer. We are seeking community input and gaging interest
from the community for the project.
Ms. Churack states the State Tree Study Grant will come before you for
approval. This is even more urgent with the announcement of Emerald Ash Tree
Bore being reported in the Brainerd area.
Ms. Churack states they are unsure if Mayo Creek and the cunent issues are a
City issue or someone else's, however, it may become our issue due to beavers
chewing trees and they are now falling over.
