The Tenant agrees to till the crop upon approval by City personnel. 6. Single Season Crop Rotation: The City has authorized a one growing season crop rotation on the Premises. 7. Insurance: The Landlord shall obtain and hold in effect an insurance policy covering damages and theft to the Premises. Tenant shall obtain and hold in effect an insurance policy covering all other personal property and liabilities in relation to the Premises including but not limited to damages or bodily injury that may occur thereon and shall assume the risk of loss to such property on the Premises. 8. Tenant agrees to maintain, at Tenant’s expense, the following insurance policies in the listed amounts: Worker’s Compensation Statutory Limits Employer’s Liability $500,000 each accident $500,000 disease policy limit $500,000 disease each employee Comprehensive General Liability $1,000,000 property damage and bodily injury per occurrence $2,000,000 general aggregate $2,000,000 Products – Completed Operations Aggregate $100,000 fire legal liability each occurrence $5,000 medical expense Comprehensive Automobile Liability $1,000,000 combined single limit each accident (shall include coverage for all owned, hired and non-owed vehicles) Umbrella or Excess Liability $1,000,000 All policies listed above shall be written on an “occurrence” form (“claims made” and “modified occurrence” forms are not acceptable). With the exception of the Worker’s Compensation policies, all policies listed above shall insure the defense and indemnity obligations assumed by Tenant under this Lease and shall name the Landlord as an additional insured under the policy.
