Council <br />Member Ronning would like to have the previous couple of years for comparison. <br /> <br />COUNCIL MEMBER PEDERSON MOVES TO APPROVE 3.3 FINANCIAL <br />REPORTS. COUNCIL MEMBER RONNING SECONDED THE MOTION. <br />MOTION CARRIES 5-0. <br /> <br />4. Open Forum <br /> <br />5. Presentations <br /> <br />5.1 Park Update <br /> <br /> Kim Churack updates on the Park Board report. Evaluations of holiday lighting in <br />Trailside Park are being discussed in hopes of having an even better display next <br />year. She states Pequot Lakes Community Action is giving a $2500 match <br />donation to use toward new lights. They are doing fundraising via Facebook and <br />are hopeful this forum will increase donations and encourage anyone to pass on <br />the information regarding the match opportunity. <br /> <br /> Ms. Churack states the Board is working on filling nine openings for bands in the <br />park.
