Commission Lewica added she believes the City Council Members
appreciated the update on where things are at, and they did approve moving forward on
Trailside Estates.
Council Liaison Scott Pederson updates on Council. He says the budget was approved.
The tax rate went down, which was a good thing. We are trying to keep costs down but
still be able to do necessary projects.
5. Trailside Estates Update
Commission Holley advises she has submitted a list of realtors to see who is
interested. The people on the list are all people that work in our area. Most either
live in our community or work within the community.
Chair Lottman updates on recent findings. The final plot was never recorded.
Council Liaison Pederson adds that it was approved but not recorded.
