One responsibility of the Safety Committee was to conduct inspections. Loven explained <br /> general building inspections are conducted monthly. The Fire Department and Police <br /> Department are not part of those inspections. Frequency of department inspections <br /> should be a topic for an upcoming meeting. <br /> Bittner noted the manuals refer to the Safety Secretary and the Safety Committee with no <br /> conduit connecting the two. It was the consensus of those attending to include the Safety <br /> Program Administrator Responsibilities in the Safety program. <br /> 5. Annual Audit Worksheet: <br /> The Annual Audit Worksheet was reviewed and approved. Bittner will complete and <br /> bring to the Second Quarter meeting for approval. <br /> 6. Work Place Safety and Health: <br /> There were no work place safety or health issues. <br /> 7.
