Trailside Estates Utilities <br /> Water/Wastewater Operations Manager, Andy Schwartz, updates Council on the <br /> current issues needing to be addressed with waterlines around Isabelle Drive. He <br /> states this is an ongoing issue and suggests the best way of handling this to <br /> insulate the lines in that area. He notes that it would not be an immediate project, <br /> but a project to complete when more houses begin building in the development, <br /> to minimize unnecessary construction projects. Mr. Schwartz adds that he will <br /> talk with the developer on future projects and states keeping services out of the <br /> street and/or driveways would also help. <br /> 10. Administration <br /> 10.1. Administration Report <br /> Council Member Ronning asks about the second bid that was received for the <br /> Police Department remodel. Mr. Roy states we did get a second bid for the <br /> Police Department remodel so he will work with Mr. Duus when she is back in the <br /> office to get things moving. <br /> Council Member Pederson says he likes getting the periodic updates they have <br /> been receiving recently. Mayor Gardner agreed. They state they would like to <br /> continue to get the updates on a weekly timeline. <br /> 10.2. Personnel Police Adoption 2024 <br /> Mayor Gardner updates there have been a lot of changes to this policy regarding <br /> the newly added Sick and Safe Time required by the State of Minnesota. Ms. <br /> Duus adds we are already providing enough sick leave so we will not be <br /> providing additional sick time but instead incorporating the language into our <br /> current policy. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RONNING MOVES TO APPROVE THE PERSONELLE <br /> POLICY, COUNCIL MEMBER PEDERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> 10.3. Annual Appointments <br /> Appointments provided. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER CLEMENT MOVES TO APPROVE THE ANNUAL <br /> APPOINTMENTS, COUNCIL MEMBER RONNING SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br />
