A <br /> Compliance Inspection is valid for 3 years and then considered <br /> expired. State Statute requires Compliance Inspections. <br /> The City Council directed the Planning Commission to <br /> develop a plan to monitor SSTS and present to the Council for <br /> review. Attached is the Policy for SSTS Compliance <br /> Inspections. The Planning Commission unanimously <br /> recommends its adoption; the City Attorney has reviewed it. <br /> Council Action Requested: Motion adopting the Policy for <br /> Subsurface Sewage Treatment System Compliance <br /> Inspections. <br />
