March 14,2015 Page 4 <br /> Amended Proposal for Design of Row Irrigation <br /> and Permitting Assistance <br /> City of Pequot Lakes <br /> MnDOT is proposing the City be out of their new Right-of-Way by August 1, 2016.While we nor <br /> the City are in command of many time variables (e.g.we cannot control MPCA's review time), <br /> we can only commit at this time to submit plans to the MPCA so that bidding could occur the <br /> first part of 2016 and construction and a new row irrigation discharge system will be operational <br /> by August 1, 2016. <br /> We propose to perform the above tasks on an hourly basis, in accordance with the attached fee <br /> schedule,for an estimated amount of$89,000. <br /> If you are in agreement with our proposed scope of services, please sign and return one copy of <br /> this letter for our records.
