If needed, they would be addressed under separate agreements. <br /> When construction scope and schedule are better known, we will present an agreement for <br /> construction phase services. <br /> As we have successfully done in the past on other projects, we will need to interact, coordinate, <br /> and rely on Staff throughout this process. <br /> As many issues are coming together rather quickly, services that need to be performed in <br /> addition to the tasks listed above will be reviewed with the City staff or Council and charged in <br /> accordance with our attached fee schedule. <br /> MnDOT is proposing the City be out of their new Right-of-Way by August 1, 2016. While we nor <br /> the City are in command of many time variables (e.g. we cannot control MPCA's review time), <br /> we can only commit at this time to submit plans to the MPCA so that bidding could occur the <br /> first part of 2016 and construction and a new row irrigation discharge system will be operational <br /> by August 1, 2016. <br /> We propose to perform the above tasks on an hourly basis, in accordance with the attached fee <br /> schedule, for an estimated amount of$112,000. <br /> If you are in agreement with our proposed scope of services, please sign and return one copy of <br /> this letter for our records.
