Special Council Meeting —January <br /> The City Clerk reminded the Council of the special Council Meeting on <br /> January 27th at 6:00 p.m. Mayor Sjoblad requested Council liaisons to <br /> meet with their assigned department heads prior to the meeting and <br /> gather information regarding the department that wille discussed at the <br /> meeting. He stated that the goal of the meeting is f r the Council to <br /> become more knowledgeable of the range of duties of department heads <br /> and staff. He stated that all Department heady Vill bepresent and there <br /> will be open discussions at the meeting. <br /> 10.9. Finance Policies Amendments <br /> The City Clerk noted that the finance policies ate reviewed on a yearly <br /> basis and adjusted with amendments if necessary. She noted that there <br /> have been a few amendments to the policie <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON ED TO APPROVE THE FINANCE <br /> POLICY AMENDMENTS. MAYOR SJOBLAD SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 54c. <br /> 10.10. Special Council Meeting — Februa ry,3, 2015 <br /> The Clerk explaiined that the Mayor is requesting a special Council <br /> meeting for f ebruatyrd to discuss the Highway 371 project with MnDOT <br /> and Crow ^ » County officials. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA MOVED TO CALL A SPECIAL <br /> COUNCIL MEETING FOR FEBRUARY 3, 2015 AT 5:00 P.M. TO <br /> DISCUSS THE HIGHWAY 371 PROJECT. COUNCIL MEMBER <br /> PEDERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 11. Other Business <br /> There was no other business. <br /> 12.
