Pay Equity Reporting <br /> The Clerk explained that state law requires the city to submit pay equity <br /> reports to the State of Minnesota every three years. Nancy Malecha has <br /> completed the report and needs Council authorization to submit the report. <br /> MAYOR SJOBLAD MOVED TO ACKNOWLEDGE SUBMITTAL OF THE <br /> CITY'S PAY EQUITY REPORT TO THE STATE OF MINNESOTA. <br />
