MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER GARDNER ABSTAINED. <br /> Council Member Akerson thanked Council Member Gardner for his time <br /> on the City Council. <br /> 10.4. Call Special Council Meeting for January 6 <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER GARDNER MOVED TO CALL A SPECIAL <br /> COUNCIL MEETING ON JANUARY 6, 2015 AT 6:00 P.M. TO HOLD A <br /> PUBLIC HEARING ON THE WWTF PLAN. COUNCIL MEMBER <br /> PEDERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 11. Other Business <br /> 11.1. Special January Council Meeting <br /> The City Clerk stated that there has been a special meeting scheduled for <br /> January 20th to discuss Council priorities and future visioning for the City. <br /> She requested the Council to hold the hearing on January 27 to allow for <br /> more time to prepare for the meeting. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER GARDNER MOVED TO CHANGE THE MEETING <br /> DATE FOR THE SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING FROM JANUARY 20TH <br /> TO JANUARY 27TH AT 6:00 P.M. MAYOR ADAMS SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO ADOPT A <br /> PROCLAMATION RECOGNIZING NANCY ADAMS' <br /> ACCOMPLISHMENTS AS MAYOR OF THE CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> Council Member Sjoblad read the proclamation and thanked Mayor <br /> Adams for her excellent leadership during the past six years. <br /> MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br />
